使用方法 Method of using desgassing block 用量 Dosage：1 块/400-1000kg 熔体 （根据用户实际需求和工艺进行调整）1 piece /400-1000kg melt (adjusted according to the actual needs of users and processes) 使用时用带锥度的石墨或铸铁棒插入孔中压入铜液。为达到佳效果，应在熔体液温度开始下降时进行除气。将除气块缓慢地压入熔体底部，产生的惰性气泡将从底部上浮至熔液表面。处理时应保留覆盖剂以避免形成新的氧化物。该过程可以在坩埚炉、倾转炉或电炉中进行，处理的金属液量较大时建议在包中进行处理。 When in use, a tapered graphite or cast iron rod is inserted into the hole to press copper liquid.
